About Employers' Organisation Mzanzi
The Employers’ Organisation of Mzanzi (EOM) is registered in accordance with Section 96 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995. This registration empowers the Organisation’s Officials to represent its members in a range of dispute resolution forums, including the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) and all registered Bargaining Councils across South Africa.

To organise and assist employers relating to the implementation and maintenance of labour legislation and to provide them with quality, professional and value-adding support service with integrity.
